Tailored Therapy

Counselling is a person centred talk based therapy, integrated with other expressive therapies adapted to your individuals needs. We provide a safe and confidential space to support and equip you in navigating current life challenges and healing from wounds from the past.

Counselling is currently available in Merrylands, Western Sydney, NSW or via Telehealth (secure online video call).

In person, video or phone interpreting is available.
